Eat Healthy During Pregnancy

During the pregnancy, you will receive a ton of advice about eating habits, craving for different food is a symptom of pregnancy. Many women not even like to have food which they used to eat regularly even sometimes their favorite food becomes the unlikely food this time, craving makes you feel so choosy.

Many women experience sleepy mode, they want to take more sleep than before. But most of them miss this symptom. Take proper sleep during pregnancy as your body already working hard.

It is always advisable to be fit and do some exercise but you should avoid doing any of the exercises during the first trimester instead you can take some mild walks. You can do exercise after 6 months of pregnancy after consultation with your doctor and do it under the supervision of a trainer.
